We also offer to all of Louisville Kentucky's neighborhoods and surrounding counties KAAP's relevant programs for Vocational Training, Continuing Education, and Government Assistance. KAAP utilizes mobie vehicle units in strategic neighborhoods to inform residents concerning government assistance and vocational training, including On-The-Job (OJT) Training Career Enhancement. Vocational Skill development consists of the following: Carpentry, Electrical, Masonry, and Welding. All vocational training will be affiliated with all skilled-labor unions.

KAAP facilitates each encounter with clients beginning with standardized entry forms for personal information; start and finish dates, transportation provisions, housing accomodations, recovery and work status, appointment reminders and appointment assistance, destination and travel times, and mental health capabilities.

In 2020, KAAP began providing documentation on standardized forms to track a client's progress through our triadic program of skills training. Record keeping of the client's progress provide metrics measuring compliance and statistical data towards exceptional development of each client.

Each mobile unit provides a daily assessment with paperwork to authorize. Each unit's purpose is to screen and discuss our program's interception and plans moving forward, or to the resources where assistance is provided when outside the scope of KAAP's focus, by highlighting the value of interdisciplinary collaboation.

KAAP requires each peer support specialist mobile driver to be certified with city and state regulations, to properly disseminate information and answer any questions related to assitance available to clients, and adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior.
